Te Mata Gamay Noir 2014

This wine shows vibrant aromas of strawberry, raspberry, violets and some smoky complexity. The palate follows the palate with a fresh medium bodied mouthfeel and a crisp red currant finish. More serious than most of the Gamay based wines in the market today. This is a very versatile style that would lend itself well as a food wine, perhaps chilled slightly. Drink now to 2018.
