This single vineyard Gimblett Gravelsโ wine represents the best fruit and winemaking in their portfolio. The wine is highly concentrated, with generous French oak and structure capable of ageing. The blend is made up of 77% Merlot and 23% Cabernet Franc. The flavours currently show notes of black currants, black cherries, cigar box and flint. The palate is very full bodied with a generous mouthfeel and weight. Designed for medium term cellaring Drink now to 12 years.
