NV Dibon Cava Brut Reserve

This sparkling wine was made in the traditional method using the classic varieties of Macabeo, Parrelada and Xarel-lo. The nose shows green apples, brioche, lemon peel and a hint of smokiness. The palate is fresh and clean with bright sparkling acidity and a creamy yet dry finish. Would go well a great view and a dozen oysters. Drink now to 2030.
