A blend of 55% Shiraz and 45% Grenache. Interestingly, this wine was fermented in old oak with indigenous yeasts and less stirred for 3 months prior to bottling. The style is unique, with aromas of red currants, strawberries, raspberries and earth. The palate is quite full bodied, with fine tannin texture and a dry medium acid finish. A super drinkable style, that is interesting to boot. Cellar 0-3 years. 91 points.
