This is a fantastic expression of warm climate South Australian Shiraz. The bouquet is lifted and complex with layers of Christmas pudding, dates, prunes and plums. The palate is rich and full bodied with a viscous mouthfeel, subtle tannin and a long menthol and flint finish. What is not to love? Drink now to 2016.
