This region is probably doing the variety better than any other Australian region at present. The wine shows a vibrant passionfruit, citrus and nectarine nose with typical grassy nuances. The palate is intense with medium body, slight minerality and a lemony punch to finish. A perfect Summer wine with a crisp profile to pair with lighter salads and white meats. Drink now to 2020.
