The high altitude and cooler climate of Adelaide Hills is able to tease out the nuances of Pinot Noir better than most of the warmer South Australian sites. This wine has a medium crimson colour, with appealing aromas of strawberries, menthol, dusty oak, and red cherries. The palate is delicate and balances red berry fruit with subtle tannins and seamless acidity. Not gamey or overly savoury which adds to the appeal of this style. Drink now to 2022.
