This traditional method sparkling wine is made from 100% Chenin Blanc. This high acid variety is perfect for making sparkling styles and the region is consistently one of the best in France. This wine from made from old vines and spent over 18 months on lees in the bottle lending complexity and depth to the style. This lovely crisp style shows notes of bread, apples, lemons and honey with a fine bead and excellent balance between fresh fruit and savoury nuances.
