This traditional method sparkling wine is made from a blend of 52% Pinot Noir and 48% Chardonnay from the 2011 vintage. The wine was left on lees for over 2 years prior to disgorging for this offering. The wine is a pale gold with fine bead and excellent clarity. The bouquet shows complex notes of green apple, red cherry, hazelnut and toast. The palate exhibits excellent balance between crisp red fruit and savoury yeasty complexity. Drink now to 2024.
