This wine is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Syrah and Merlot grapes. The grapes were hand harvested, then crushed and destemmed to vat. The must was then left for 18 hours on skins prior to running the free-run juice to French oak barrels. After fermentation in barriques, the wine was transferred to stainless steel tanks and bottled early to preserve freshness.
This dry Rosé has a bouquet of raspberries, red cherries, white pepper, and strawberries. The palate is medium bodied, with a luscious red fruit focus, and a long crisp finish. This is a versatile food wine, pairing well with lighter style fare or as an ideal patio wine. Drink now to 2019.
