The grapes for this wine come from the sub-region of Mission, just outside of Kelowna in British Columbia. This fruit was hand harvested, lightly pressed and matured in French Oak Barriques for 9 months. The wine underwent partial malo-lactic fermentation.
This full bodied wine shows ripe notes of peaches, figs and citrus with a round yet rich palate and subtle vanillan oak nuances. It would pair well with grilled seafood or white meats in cream based sauces. Drink now to 2019.
