This wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes made in the saignee (bled) method. This method allows for a very delicate, yet fruit driven style of rose. The aromas are spicy with notes of white pepper and rosemary, with the underlying fruit flavours of strawberries and raspberries. The palate is medium bodied, with excellent concentration and a dry, medium acid finish. Seamless and well made. Cellar 0-3 years. 91 points.
