This is a delicate and sophisticated version of Pinot Gris. The bouquet is a successful combination of hazelnuts, nectarine, lemon peel and flint. The palate is medium bodied with good concentration and toasty complexity. The wine finishes with warming, yet pleasing flavours of chalk and citrus. This is a great attempt at a tricky variety. Cellar 0-5 years. 91 points.
