This organically grown wine is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Parellada. It has a pretty pink hue with quite a fine bead. The nose is fresh a red fruited, with strawberries, cranberries and red apples. It is fresh and dry on the palate with some creamy notes and a long crab apple finish. Try with Spot Prawns or Alaskan King Crab. Drink now to 2030.
