This Cabernet Franc is mid ruby red in colour. The nose is vibrant and fresh with a black cherry, blackberry and cedar profile. The palate is medium bodied and soft with an understated black fruit backbone. This is not a blockbuster but would make an excellent accompaniment to any meal. Try with braised pork shoulder and roasted root vegetables. Drink now to 2025.
