This wine is 100% Tempranillo from vineyards around Cenicero. The colour is a deep ruby red. The nose shows aromas of black cherry and anise. It has a bouquet of vanillan oak, leather, cocoa and earthen complexity. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with a fine yet drying tannin finish. Try with some Chorizo sausage and Manchego cheese. Drink now to 2030.
