2016 Alkoomi Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon, Western Australia

This wine shows classic aromas of blackcurrant, cocoa, tomato leaf, red pepper and eucalypt. The palate is medium to full bodied with subtle toasty oak, earthy complexity and moderate tannins. This is well crafted and subtle in its’ expression. Drink with mint crusted lamb chops. Drink now to 2025.
