2014 El Pedrosal Crianza, Perez Pascuas, Ribera del Duero DO

This Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) was aged for 18 months in French and American barriques. It shows beautiful aromas of potpourri, dill, dried cherries, cocoa, and anise. The palate is full bodied, yet has fine structure and bright acidity consistent with this excellent region. Try with roast lamb or a venison stew. Drink now to 2030.
