The wine shows deep purple colour and obvious weight in the glass. The nose is classic Cabernet with aromas of black berries, mint, black currants, chocolate and vanilla spice. The palate is full, rich and ripe with slight leafiness and solid structure. The wine has solid presence and potential without being over the top. Oak is very well integrated and the wine finishes firm yet crisp. Very good winemaking. Drink with rosemary rubbed ribeye or a beef bourguignon. Drink now to 2028.
