Made from 40% Macabeo, 40% Xarel-lo, 10% Parellada and 10% Chardonnay in the traditional method with ageing on lees in bottle. The colour is a pale straw with good bead and persistence. The bouquet shows fresh apple and pears with a dusty complexity. The palate is fresh and crisp with notes of stone fruit and earth. Try with soft cheeses or good company on a patio. Drink now to 2023.
