If you like delicate, medium bodied, austere red wines, then this wine is definitely not for you! This wine is big and bold (like its’ name); it shows aromas of chocolate, vanilla, rancio, oak, black cherries, plums, Christmas pudding, cinnamon and cloves. The palate is decidedly masculine with high alcohol, a huge mouthfeel, robust tannins and massive weight. And you thought cowboys were dead. Cellar 2-10 years.
