The wines from the Mosel are probably some of the longest lived white wines in the world and this wine is a great example at almost a decade old. It is rich, viscous, sweet, and yet crisp on the finish. The flavours show notes of marmalade, ginger, lemon peel, acacia honey and saffron. It is low in alcohol with typical slight effervescence. Try with soft cheeses and pâté. Drink now to 2028.
