This traditional method sparkling wine is bottle fermented and made from a blend of predominantly Pinot Noir with smaller percentages of Chardonnay. The wine has a beautiful pink hue with a delicate fine bead as a result of time on lees in the bottle. The nose is a vibrant blend of strawberries, cherries and cloves. The palate is fresh and crisp, finishing with a hint of sweet raspberry. Drink now to 2020.
