This impressive Pinot Noir shows classic aromas of black cherry, cedar, cocoa and anise. The palate is medium bodied and surprisingly grippy. This firm structure follows on to the finish and is somehow reminiscent of good Côte de Beaune. The Drouhin family is obviously taking style cues from their Burgundy roots. This would pair beautifully with duck breast and truffled mash potatoes. Drink now to 2025.
