In Marlborough 2017 was a cooler than average year, but also one of low yields which meant classically intense and herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is pale in colour with punchy aromas of passionfruit, lemon peel, gooseberry and fresh green cut grass. The palate is dry(ish) with bright citrus acidity and a vibrant herbal finish. Try with fresh oysters and lemon. Drink now to 2022.
