This classic Rhone white is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Rousanne, Clairette, Viognier and Bourboulenc. While many of these varieties may not be common outside the South of France, they are perfectly suited to the hot dry yet continental conditions in the region. The nose is a fascinating blend of stone fruits, dusty earth, root vegetables and honeyed florality. The palate is rich yet soft with moderate acidity and a dry creamy finish.
