Although Fiano is traditionally grown in Southern Italy in areas such as Sicily and Campania it has found a surprising home in the terraced hills of Tuscany. This wine is medium gold in colour with savoury notes of straw, hazelnuts and wet stone with a honeyed, baked apple and jasmine like complexity. It is dry and quite full bodied without signs of oak influence. It would pair beautifully with grilled fish in sage butter. Drink now to 2028.
