This exciting sub appellation of Minervois is grown on low yielding limestone soils at altitude. The wine is peaking in its drinkability and is simply a joy at present. The aromas show developed notes of chocolate, leather and rosemary while the palate is soft, velvety and gorgeous. Pair with chorizo sausage. Drink now to 2021.
